Khalid Hassouneh

Khalid Hassouneh is President of Nexgen Capital Trust, a leading provider of AI-enabled advanced technology solutions supporting critical national security missions.

Khalid joined Nexgen Capital Trust through the acquisition of IntelliBridge in 2025, bringing more than a decade of experience building and maturing mission-driven technology companies.

His career is rooted in his early experience at the Pentagon advising on defense strategy and economic policy, where he saw firsthand how outdated tools and systems jeopardized mission success. That perspective has shaped his long-standing focus on strengthening national security through modern, user-centric technology and outcome-focused delivery.

Khalid holds a Master’s in Economics from the University of South Florida and an MBA from George Washington University.
